Questions worth asking
- What counts as an active challenge?
- One that is published and accepting participants. Drafts are unlimited on every plan, and a challenge that has finished stops counting the moment you close it.
- What happens if a challenge outgrows its participant limit?
- Registration pauses at the limit rather than silently turning people away — you are told, and you can move up a plan and reopen it. Nobody already enrolled is ever locked out.
- Do team members need their own plan?
- No. Team members are included in your workspace at the number shown, and they inherit the plan’s features. Their role decides what they can see.
- Can I run more than one brand?
- Business includes five workspaces, each with its own branding, team and challenges. Starter and Professional include one.
- Is there a free plan?
- Everything is free during the beta. Whether a free tier survives beyond it is one of the things still being decided, and it is a fair question to put to us now while the answer can still be influenced.
- What if I need more than Business?
- Tell us what you are running. Challenges with tens of thousands of participants are exactly the case pricing has to work for, and we would rather hear about yours early.
